About Mouja

Mouja is a Moroccan surf and travel platform that helps users discover surf spots, book lessons and camps, explore experiences, and connect with instructors and enthusiasts.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18) to use our platform. By using the app, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• You agree not to share login credentials with anyone.

• Mouja reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies or engage in fraudulent activities.

Bookings & Payments

• All bookings, prices, and availability are managed by partner businesses (surf schools, camps, or experience providers).

• Mouja is not directly responsible for cancellations, damages, or schedule changes made by third-party providers.

• Refund policies depend on each provider's terms and will be shown before checkout.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the specific terms set by each partner business. Please review the cancellation policy displayed before completing your booking.

• Cancellations must be made through the Mouja app directly.

• Refund eligibility and amounts depend on the timing of cancellation relative to the service date, as specified in each provider's policy.

• Processing fees may apply to refunds, and refund processing times vary by payment method and provider.

• No-shows or cancellations made after the provider's deadline are generally not eligible for refunds.

• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions), refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the provider.

• For disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, please contact Mouja support or the partner business directly. Mouja will facilitate communication but final decisions rest with the provider.

Partner Businesses

If you register as a partner, you must provide accurate business information and comply with Mouja's quality and safety standards. Mouja reserves the right to remove listings that violate local laws, ethical guidelines, or user safety.

User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

• Interfere with or reverse-engineer the platform for unauthorized purposes.

• Use the app to harass, threaten, or harm others.

Intellectual Property

All app content—including text, images, logos, and design—is owned by Mouja and protected under Moroccan and International copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Mouja is not liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of partner services.

• Third-party content, errors, or unavailability of the platform.

• Use the platform at your own discretion.

Privacy

Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We collect information to improve user experience, process bookings, and provide support app functionality.

Updates to the Terms

Mouja may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app means you accept the latest version.
